Return & Exchange

If you received a damaged product please contact us as soon as possible. We will need proof of this damage in the form of a photo of the damaged item and a description of how it was found, so we can process it accordingly. If the product is damaged during transit It will be replaced. Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery.


If you feel the products you received from Herbal Vale do not meet your expectations, we offer a refund or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed without making a refund/ exchange request since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. We do not do refunds unless the circumstances are unusual and warrant it. We will however give a credit or gift voucher for the value of the returned items.


To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
